I love Puerto Rico’s west coast. Not only has breath taking sunsets but you will find beautiful beaches, great surfing and wonderful places to enjoy seafood.

This past weekend we took time off to spend it with our kids and decided to visit one El faro Los Morrillos de Cabo Rojo (Los Morrillos Lighthouse). It sits on the most south west tip of Puerto Rico on a 200 feet tall limestone cliffs with 360 degree view of the turquoise Caribbean waters. It has natural bridges, the most beautiful beach cove in Puerto Rico, green lush dry tropical flora, a wildlife refuge, salt flats and mountains. No other place in Puerto Rico offers such views with unsurpassed beauty. It was built in 1882 by the Spanish and since then it has safely guided ships through the Mona passage.

Here are some images from our trip.
